Congratulations to the Kent Mudhens 45+ Masters on their 9 - 2 victory over the PSOF Rangers in the A Division Championship of the Roy Hobbs World Series today.  The Hens had to grind through three games due to the rain-out last night.  They beat the Ukraine Masters 5-1 in the 9:30 am rematch with Jerry Myers getting the win.  They took the measure of the Huntsville Havoc 16-4 in the semi-final game with Ted Lesiak the winning pitcher, and Manny Costales followed up with a complete game performance in the championship.  Center fielder Pete Manousos was chosen Tournament MVP for the Mudhens.

The Kenmore Orioles followed their Friday playoff victory with a narrow 6 - 7 loss to the Cincinnati Colt 45s Saturday morning, and the Crystal Clinic Indians gave the Huntsville Havoc all they could handle in a tough 3-5 loss.  All Saturday A Division games were seven innings due to the rain-outs Friday night that necessitated playing three games Saturday.
